7/366 Sheep don't have beautiful white wool in Australia - not in the western regions. They usually scatter off when I come close - I managed to get these two drinking from a dam at Walebing, Western Australia. 14/366 The wind blows hard and strong on the west coast of Australia. Many trees grow leaning heavily over to one side with the branches and leaves blown off on the windy side. Finally, as a result of the weight on one side of the trunk, they topple over and grow happily resting on the ground. 15/366 HMAS Sydney II Memorial at Mount Scott, Geraldton in Western Australia overlooking the Indian Ocean. The same ocean where HMAS Sydney II fought its last battle and was sunk with the loss of all 645 men. The Dome of Souls is comprised of 645 seagulls representing each of the men lost in the tragedy. 26/366 Water Wheel at Cape Leeuwin, Augusta, Western Australia. Cape Leeuwin is the most south westerly cape in Western Australia. This water wheel was used to provide water for the lighthouse on the cape and the four houses where the lighthouse workers lived.
